Passion for Yoga
After graduating from Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, I dove right in to sharing my love of yoga with my community. In the past nearly two years, I have offered Indoor and Outdoor All Levels Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Meditation Classes. I have also become an accredited Yoga Lifestyle Coach, and Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. My passion of yoga comes from years of struggles to connect my mind, body, and spirit, and finally finding that connection in my yoga practice. I am so excited to share this connection with you, and look forward to this amazing journey together.
